PLEASE BE AS CONSTRUCTIVE AND AS POSITIVE AS POSSIBLE. This confidential information will NOT be given directly to coaches (UNLESS YOU SPECIFY OTHERWISE BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW) but will instead be used by the CLL Board for guidance on future coaching selections and their positions.
